Dear sir ,

Myself Kartick Boxi ,I am a regular user of our franchise, recently I have purchased Luminous Zelio+ 1100 Pure Sine Wave Inverter with Shakti Charge SC 18054 150 Ah Tall Tubular Battery for Home, Office & Shops (Blue & White) on 04.07.22 but due to Load Capacity issues I have return those item on 05.07.22 through of amazon.in customer care Executive.

Since that day after several intimations and Co ordinate with Amazon.in customer care executive team the problem has not been solved , so I requested you to please look into this matter and do the needful as soon as possible.
