Text of Complaint by Gurinder Badhan:

I ate in BHAIYON KA DHABA, GAYA on 19 may 2022 …. paid the amount through Google pay at 9:45 pm
After which I went to a near by restraunt (MIRCHI EXPRESS CAFE) and after eating there I opened Google pay to make the transaction … Entered the amount of 890 rupees and paid mistakenly to BHAIYON KA DHABA again …. when i noticed it…. transaction had been completed …after that i paid 890 rs to MIRCHI EXPRESS CAFE too

I contacted and visited several times at BHAIYON KA DHABA to get my money back…but they didn’t do it till date and offered some coupons in exchange of cash….I requested them again and again to pay via cash because I would not be visiting there again due to bad customer service and food ….but they have taken no action

I am a Medical professional and due to my hectic duties I am unable to visit there again and again for the same purpose….its been frustrating and tiring physically and mentally ….i don’t know why they are behaving like this and exploiting after repeated requests
