I booked a round trip from Bengaluru to Delhi for 19th Jan 2021 and 21st Jan 2021. I tried cancelling the flights but the cancellation wasn’t happening through the app or the website as I never received the OTP. I then directly called the airlines and cancelled both my flights on 19th Jan 2021. I have made numerous calls to the customer support number and sent many emails. There is still no update regarding refund from Via.com. I tried to cancel it through their old website. The status just reflects as cancellation in progress but no update on it at all. No agent receives the calls when we call customer support.
