We have booked a ticket ( Ticket REF No. : REF318423442, Rs. 10387) from Mangalore to Delhi on 17th June 2022 (travel date : 21st June 2022), on the booked date we got a call informing us that the ticket got cancelled and we will be refunded within 15 days. This went on till March 2023. every time we called we were asked for a duration of 15 days to get the refund, then on March 2023 we were asked for a Undertaking & Cancelled cheque. Even after sending it we had still not recovered the amount till date.
