Its been almost two weeks now i had applied for a account and transferd the amount but the account dint open even the refund is showing 3 days since 5 days

As per our telephonic conversation, the FD amount is refunded within 5 to 7 bank working days in case there are any discrepancies in the process of creation of your FD.
We have also responded to your concern over ticket ID: 3604853, please refer to the same and you can always get back to us via the same ticket ID if the refund is not received within the above-mentioned time frame or if you face any difficulties.
