Text of Complaint by Rohit Singh:

I placed and order in Oct’22, and that product was damaged i return the same with order I’d no 491322621596 and asking for refund and still after making many followup they have not return the amount as of now.

I would request to take the action again this type of case. Many peoples are facing refund issue with Meesho

We’ll be processing your previously stuck payment of Rs.596 using your upi id. Once the payment is successful you will receive a notification in your upi app (phonepe/ paytm/ google pay). Please expect it from cashfree by the end of the day.

  2. Worst customer service experience with meesho.
    Ordered two gowns and they sent some wrong items. Raised return request but they say seller has sent correct item we can’t return it. I have valid proof video opening that the items in the package were wrong. But the customer is not respected or the fact that genuinely the items were wrong is not considered.
    The customer service executive like a feed robot just say we can’t do anything.
    Money is not grown on trees Meesho.. worst app meesho should be closed. They are scammers.
