i made a electricity bill payment through “simpl pay later” a BNPL company but after 6 days of payment they did not pay the bill from my side but they are showing expenditure but i checked the electricity board site my transaction was not successfull, but did not refunded the money.there is only 2 to 3 days left to pay otherwise i have to pay the electricity board with late fee.pls need a justice……..HELP
