I purchased 1 jeans of 28 size and I have fitting related issues so I returned the product. They picked up the product on 29 th September and after pickup they updated status as return rejected. When I am giving them call back request via app they didnt call and sending message after 6 pm that your number is not available so I send them mail and they asked me for acknowledgement slip as the courier partner do not give any acknowledgement slip so I gave them screenshot of the status updated by courier partner. After that they replied that they need 2 working days to solve the problem and after 2 days they stopped replying my mails.
