Would like to mention series of events took place even –
I ordered an item n received it thereafter due to issues in product i ordered replacement for it.
The replaced product wasn’t delivered to me n i called to delivery boy he told me that it has been handed over to other delivery boy as it was wrongly allocated to me , in this case i wasn’t able to communicate even to person with whom my product was.. thereafter suddenly i got notification of product being delivered..n i urgently reported to Amazon team n even i have confirmation mail of my complaint as an evidence.

Thereafter they asked me to wait till 6th October if thereby even in case product won’t be delivered then they will take action, n days passed away n product wasn’t delivered even in real

N it was marked as delivered in real..

Thereafter, i again contacted to ur team what options being available for it-
Ur team told that they may place replacement or i may return n get refund as i was still having that original product with me..

So return was placed n i returned the original product which i got firstly against that order.

Thereafter pickup boy came n took that stand n all parts alongwith.

This r truly facts of events took place

When i returned the product it was successfully examined n checked by the person picking it up n all items were correctly handed over.

If u will not give heed to geniune issues then how it will work on?

I have already stopped shopping from Amazon due to several issues scam n Frauds i have encountered –
1) Item was marked as delivered but in actual it wasn’t delivered
2) Item was returned against refund for the same but i returned the product n refund wasn’t issued to me.

Being a consumer I find it’s so risky to order from Amazon nowonwards, would be better to buy offline as any product being ordered may be only marked as delivered n i won’t get delivery in actual n in case of issues in product n if we place return them u take product and even Money both..

Will like to aware all the customers about the reality of e-commerce in India.

The customer support team u have is even a point of talk.. while on call ur team mate is singing song on back i can clearly hear it n doing time pass n talking all with…this kinda of corporate environment u have even needs to be checked..

I genuinely request u to process refund of bonafide product in next 24 hours to my original payment method.

In case of non-issue i will be taking action against this matter.
