I have written n number of mails regarding the issue of refund. The issue dates back to 15th of july 2022.
This is exactly after 2 months I am still here struggling with the refund despite providing the requested PDF showing transaction.
They keep telling me that the amount will be processed within 5-7 days which has never happened so far.
Earlier it took almost a month before the Ajio App displayed the amount as refunded, then a month later when it did display, I still didn’t receive the amount in my bank account.
