I requested refund from Airtel since airtel wallet won’t allow me to recharge my phone or allow any kind of UPI transfers but AIRTEL didn’t bother to refund still. I also clearly mentioned clearly saying there’s no biometric cash transaction or withdrawal point in my area. One of their agent Monica also said that she couldn’t find nearby airtel biometric cash withdrawal point for me. She asked me to email her with a copy of my aadhar card yet issue hasn’t been resolved still. This has been going on since 12th July 2022
