Dear sir I send money to my friend 2263 in 17 Dec through upi form phonepay app .but the transaction had failed money is deducted my account and not received to my friend .in contact to phone pay the tells the your exact amount has been transferred your bank account and give the Utr number and tell the contact your home branch . I go the by home branch tell this matter but branch manager refused to money not received to your account .
