I have booked a ticket from Prayagraj to Bangalore on 25th Feb 2022,I goy a call from on 17th March airline ahs canceled the flight and we will refund your money within 10- 15 workings days. It’s more than a 50 days they are responding to my mails and on call each person is saying a different part of the tale. Please let me know when the amount will get refunded. It is highly disappointing people are not responding few times they just cut the call. It should be escalated to a high level.
