I ordered a polo from Jiomart on 1st march and the product was reached on 5th march, still not delivered and refund. After multiple follow ups the product was returned. It has been nearly 2 months. I have written mail to customer care service and customer care head. Nearly 50 mails are sent. I have called customer care helpline around 10 times. I am always asked to wait for 48 hours for the issue to get resolved. I have not received a single call from Jiomart, nor have I received any refund.
