Sir,
I want to state that I had to get a refund of Rs 35 from jiomart for the missing item in my order delivered on 13 jan 2022, with order id 16419623620053023M SInce that day I have not received my refund. Inspite of several complaints to jiomart customer care my issue is unresolved till date. I am sending them emails and calling them since last one month and everytime I am asked to wait for next 7 days. I am given fake assurances that cashback has been alloted but it never gets alloted. I am facing extreme mental agony due to this. Whenever i ask for refund transaction Id, they never provide me with it. I am wirting this in hope that you will definitely help customers like us who are facing problem in getting our own money back.I have even shared my acooubnt statement with them, putting a risk to my privacy.
