Text of Complaint by Vijayalakshmi Swamy:

Hi there,

I had placed an order for “Women’s Bangles” (Ref: T2111131706529831730464) on 13th November, 2021. The order arrived as per schedule on 19th November, 2021.

However, due to a defect in the product, the order was initiated for return on the same day (19th November). As per communication, the pick-up was supposed to be in 3-4 days. The return was initiated with tracking ID – R177155946FPL by courier Shadowfox.

Apparently, on the day of the pick-up (22nd November), no call was received on the registered number. Following which, I had received a message from Meesho that due to unavoidable circumstances at the customer’s end, because of which the pick-up was delayed. And the order pick-up would be delayed by another 2-3 days.

The reason for my complaint is that i had a similar situation with Meesho before, where the return order was never picked up, by which the second instance is unacceptable.

Kindly get this expedited as Meesho is prompt in taking money from their customers but are terrible in returning when provided a defective product
