I have returned shoes of 18th oct, and return initiated on 25oct but i have not recived money in my bank account. Return id is #RT48562993
And also i call in costumer care many times but they said we are proceed but i have not recived also they give me a Refund Reference Number: WUR20328997897 and i will check in bank also but tbey are not receive payment in my account. Please help me amd check what is the issue
