I have placed an order of Nokia 43inch led TV to my parents in Nellore. After receiving the product seems to tv size is very big compared to TV stand and my parents unable to place it on wall or Stand due to place is not sufficient for placing it.So I noticed this to flipkart customer care,they’re not processing this due to internal policies.
I’m staying at Hyderabad in Telangana state. Even I’m not aware of this table size and my parents unable to take measurements while placing the order.
Today we have the product and informed to customer care with in 30mins.
They’re not helping on this. Please do the needful
