Text of Complaint by Tejas K:

I ordered on 16th Oct’21 from Over Story however, the delivery was not done and I was asked to cancel the order which I didn’t do as I ordered at 1pm and was stranded till 2:30 pm where I got to know that the order won’t be delivered. When I raised a complaint, I was promised for a refund (in 48 hrs) as well as I was provided a voucher. I raised the same when the refund didn’t take place and was told that the refund and voucher where one and the same which was not the case. Since then I have been promised by 3 agents of yours for the refund (for which I have adequate proofs) however, same has not been processed.

This is pathetic Customer Service on Zomato’s behalf. Its not the question of amount but Principles.

Request you to assist me in this.
