I had booked my movie tickets on Paytm with cancellation protection so if I want to cancel the ticket I get my money back without reduction . I had paid ₹1003 for 4 ticket and after cancellation I got ₹758 . Their customer’s service is pathetic and no one is there to listen the customer’s problem .
