I had purchased ticket of airline with paytm , but latter cancelled it with airline and from paytm. Airline had confirmed me through mail that it has refunded whole amount on 1 September, but paytm has not initiated the refund even after 20 days. Who is responsible for my loss.
I want paytm initiate my refund and compensation for same.
