I have ported my Vodafone number to Jio. At the time of KYC verification I paid using PayTM UPI ₹698 for the activation of Sim. The amount was debited from my bank account and is successful from my side, but not recive to jio, and transaction failed due to any technically problem. so please refund the amount as details attached.
