My ticket was booked through paytm on 16th june but the flight was cancelled and team was not initiating the refund as air india had not initiated the refund and paytm had asked me to wait for 45 days due to covid. Now air india have initiated the refund but paytm is delaying from their end. They are not responding to my emails or customer service platform on time. Firstly they were delaying due to air india and they had excuses but why now even though air india has initiated the refund. I want it asap or else i have to take this complaint further.
