I had purchased a pyjama worth rs.406 and i had returned it back but i didn’t get my money back… since 4 days I’m calling the costumer care number… but no use they just say sorry nd tell that they’ll send us a paytm link so then i can get my money back… and also they said that we need 2 give our bank name, ifsc code, account number for refund. We have option for online payment through upi then why cant they pay back through online mode why do they need our account number nd ifsc code so and so..
