I have booked a round trip for 3 passengers from Delhi to bhuwenswar and bhu to delhi PNR are V7ZDTQ, G61D7N, W28L3M. Passangers name ramchander narmada and yash gupta by using Paytm app. The flight was cancelled by the airline and My refund was initated on 24 April but I haven’t received it …I have called the respective agency Paytm it’s almost 1.5 months I have received a satisfactory response everytime Paytm responds by asking more time which I can’t allow. They have 14 day refund policy but now they are not giving me any positive response that’s why I am filing this complaint
