I have ordered a product from club factory app on 13th october.The expected delivery date was 2nd November,2018, but my product was not delivery on the date.When i complained to courier (Xpressbees) ,they told that the address or phone no is incorrect,they wil again try to deliver on 3rd november,2018.On 3rd nov.,the product was still undelivered.When i complained again,they told that the phone number is incorrect.On the next day,i have corrected the phone no. and they told that it will be delivered on that day only(4th nov.).On 5th nov., i again complained for the same.On 6th also, i complained for the same. On 10th,when i wrote email to the courier service,they told that the product is returning back to rhe origin(Delhi NCR).
The problem is that i have paid the sum of Rs 181.07 via paytm.I am calling the club factory for queries but they are not responding.The courier is not taking any responsibility.Who will gave my money back???
Kindly look into this matter as both club factory and xpressbees courier are very irresponsive and are very careless.They don’t take tge responsibility of the problem faces by the customer.
