Text of Complaint by Padma:

I have placed an order on Meesho app on for a kurti (Seller Name : Swagat) but received a completely different saree.I wanted to make a request for refund/exchange as the app hasn’t updated my order status (the status shown was “order placed”). Such is their service! Absolutely pathetic!! So, now it means they are claiming to have not delivered my order & not received the amount from me, whereas I have paid the delivery guy Rs.***. I tried to call the customer service but everytime I do, they are saying you will get update after 24hrs. It’s been 10days they are repeating same. I mailed them invoice and saree picture but didn’t got any response.
