Dear Consumer court,
Please help me,
I returned a product to Amazon, on 26 feb 2021. order no: 406-0522862-9089148.
When I call for my refund they said we have Inciatied a check for your refund but I said I want my refund in my account.
So the customer executive have cancelled my check for refund in my account on 11 March 2021 and said it will be reflect the refund on my account on 25-3-2021
On 25 March when I call and ask customer executive of Amazon for my refund she said we are sorry for the wrong information which have provided from are side she send my an apology mail and stating that my issue will be resolved on 30 th March and call on 31 March for the refund
On 31 March when I call for my refund the there senior supervisor dinesh gautam said the check has been cancelled and I will receive my refund on 2 nd April 2021 in my account he also mail me the information which he provide me
And today when I call for my refund the senior supervisor rashmika said the information which dinesh gautam has provided it was totally wrong we have received any information from billing team (refund handler) she said it will take 5 working days for the refund
It’s been more than a month every time I call for my refund the make stories that your refund is in process ETC, Etc.
Consumer court, please help me to give my money Rs. 449 from Amazon, they are doing a fraud with me.
