Text of Complaint by SUHAIL SANI:

I called on the customer care number 1246201613 on 13/01/2021. An Executive helped me with the booking for three rooms at OYO Flagship 75922 Hotel Star Light for 14th january night. He had send me the payment link through text message which i am attaching along with. The amount got deducted from my bank account via google pay, but didn’t get any confirmation messages or emails. i had called multiple times on the customer care and there weren’t any bookings on my registered mobile number as per the data of oyo customer care. Some people on customer care put down the call even before i could finish explaining the problem.
