Text of Complaint by Muhees:

I had booked my ticket via Make my trip and due to Covid I have to cancel one way ticket to Europe. Airlines confirmed me that they processed the amount and it is with Maky my trip but MMT is refusing saying it still not processed by Etihad.

 

Etihad proved that they credited the amount bg contacting Etihad Sales team.

 

Make my trip is worst and not even responding.
