My order 15954800279019658M from @jiomartofficial was delivered on the 3rd of August and many items were missing for which they informed me that the refund would be in my account in 7 working days. I have been calling them multiple times in a day for a month and all I get is that they are working on my issue and that it’s the top priority. I have already dropped them thousands of emails, yet I receive the same reply every fucking time that they are working on my issue. I have been assured again and again that I shall receive a call by the end of the day from one of their senior team, yet no one has gotten the courtesy to communicate with me. The call never gets connected with the senior team, apparently they are always busy, never understood whom they are even busy with if not with customers. Finally, when the call was connected, that guy seemed to lack the understanding of what my issue is and even after requesting him 10 times if I could have someone else to talk to since we both are unable to decode each other’s language, he was stubborn enough and won’t pass on my call ahead. I later questioned him what is he offering me for the unimaginable mental stress that they have showered upon me, for which he bluntly replied that we don’t have any compensation policy in our company. I mean, what the fucking hell?
I have absolutely no freaking idea how such an esteemed organization is operating with such awful customer service and getting away with it. This is just ridiculous. I cannot begin to explain the mental stress this organization has caused me since a damn month, yet they are not fucking willing to give my money back despite my million polite efforts of communicating with them.
