Text of Complaint by Sianna Gomes:

I recharged this number : 9769418645 mid August of RS 219 twice and the amount got deducted but recharge was unsuccessful, I contacted Vodafone, sent them my bank statement to show I hadn’t received the refund. They said it would happen in 7 days, when it didn’t I kept following up and then they stopped replying completely, couldn’t even get in touch with customer care.
