I ordered a 1kg Nitric Whey Protein and 100g Creatine from the Big Muscle website for Rs. 2099, and paid via credit card. However, after completing the payment, I discovered that this company misleads customers by providing inaccurate information on product packaging and delivers poor-quality products. As a result, I decided to cancel my order.

I attempted to contact their customer support at 88822 00500, only to find it was a non-functional number. So, I reached out via email at support@bigmusclenutrition. They responded, offering me a voucher. Initially, I assumed this voucher could be redeemed as a refund to my bank account, so I agreed. However, I later found out that it was only a voucher for their own website.

Given that my order hadn’t been dispatched yet, I don’t see why I should accept a store voucher. I would like a full refund back to my bank account.
