Sir I am KIRAN S flight booking from KOCHI tobSrinagar on 30 Dec 2023 through Veertrip App. Our Order ID No 57994631 amount deducted our account but PNR number not received. Repeat contact to customer care but not response. You are requested to amount Rs 19545/- refund the above amount our account please. But now more than 10 days amount is not refunded, customer care says refund on tommorrow tommorrow daily. What can i do sir
