My refund is delayed no response from amazon

Amazon is cheating a long time consumer by not giving refund of Rs.1540/- and not even giving status report of the item which returned. Even after repeated call to customer service, they deleted the returned item from the my your-order list. Now I am not even able to call to the customer care. Now the item is shown as replacement item and value shows as rs.00/-.The record of original item is not shown at all.
Practically original item is picked up as returned item on 19 may 2020 and received a message as item is returned. I called to customer service on 12 Jun 2020.They said that the item is reached the warehouse and refund will be given with in 3 days. But later I tried to call he customer service but all in vain as no option is available for calling.
So I feel Amazon is trying to cheat me by not giving a chance to call them. I have call log which they also might have recorded. The name and order number is as below

I have been a customer for last 10-12 years still they are trying to cheat me like this it is very painful
