I have ordered the product on Amazon the time has run out the product came to me I took the product but the quality of the product is bad . I made a return and refund but they cancelled my return then I contacted to the Amazon customer services I told them this is the thing happened the said on 11th July we will take the product. They took the product from us they told to me the money will be come to your bank account in 72 hours but I didn’t get any money from them after I had contacted to Amazon services they told that the money credit Ed to bank account check but I didn’t get any money 45 days I has waighted for that money since they are saying money will come to your bank account after some time (the cost of the product is 3680) so please help me with this refund please
