I have done recharge for mobile no. +9716665… of Vodafone on 20/05/2020 at 11:57pm through online Phone pe of INR 399,money deducted,also message showed on phone pe app that Transaction is successfull but actually no recharge done by Vodafone till date
No refund done by Vodafone still I am constantly interacting with them after providing all details to them.Still they are telling me to provide bank statement and Transaction id
however i already mailed them many times but again and again they giving no response only asking the statement and Transaction id.
still they have not refund amount and telling me that there is no record for this transaction as i checked in bank statement of 20 May 2020 there is showing deduction of Rs. 399 Also I am attaching here transaction statement and details for the same.
