I have done recharge for mobile no.9096902916 of Airtel on 10/09/18 through online SBI website of INR 399,money deducted,also message come of top up successfull but actually no recharge done by Airtel.Till date No refund done by Airtel still I am constantly interacting with them after providing all details to them.Still they are telling me to communicate with online SBI customer service.As recharge was successful, online SBI told me kindly confirm from Airtel.I have requested Airtel and also shown email feedback of SBI , still they have not refund amount and telling me that there is no record for this transaction Also I am attaching here transaction statement and details for the same.

Usually, in case online transaction is not successful, the amount gets refunded to your bank/credit card account within 10 working days.

As discussed with you on your mobile number 9096902916, currently there is no recharge of Rs. 399/- found on your mobile number on 09-09-2018.

 

Since the payment has failed, the refund is usually processed by your bank within 7-10 working days from the date of recharge.

 

In case, the amount is not reversed to your bank/credit card account beyond 10 working days (i.e. by 19-09-2018 ) for recharges through airtel.in, please reply to us with the following details:

 

a. Bank statement in PDF Format (10 working days statement from the date of recharge)

 

b. Transaction ID (At the time of initiating the transaction, you will receive an SMS or email including the transaction id)
