I purchased a refrigerator on 17th Feb 2023 the same was delivered on 18th of Feb there were certain issues with the product which was not visible at the time of open box verification it was noticed post the samsung technician started the installation process of the same. While logging a complaint they keep on emphasizing on open box verification process. I feel its hard n earn money that I have spent and that needs to justified and the complaint should be addressed.
