Dear Sir,

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the lack of response and assistance I have received regarding my AmazonBasics refrigerator warranty claim and repair service. Despite my multiple attempts to contact the technician and customer care, I have not received any response or resolution to my issue.

I have been a loyal Amazon customer for a long time, and it is disappointing to see that my repeated attempts to get my issue resolved have not been successful. I understand that issues can arise with any product, but it is the responsibility of the company to provide prompt and effective customer service to resolve these issues.

I request an immediate escalation of my complaint to a higher-level representative who has the authority to address my concerns and provide a satisfactory resolution. I have already lodged several complaints, but they have not resulted in any progress.

I am attaching all the relevant documents related to my warranty claim and repair service for your reference. I request that you review my complaint and take necessary action to resolve my issue as soon as possible. I would appreciate a prompt response from the higher-level representative with an update on the status of my issue and a clear plan for resolution.
