I purchased the refrigerator on Nov2021. In Amazon site, it shows 2 years warrantee in product and 10 years in compressor. My refrigerator PCB has damaged and I logged a complain with Godrej. Godrej Service Engineer came and said the warranty is one year and asked us to contact Amazon. When I consult Amazon they said yes its two year warranty and we will escalate to Godrej and asked me to contact after 8 working days. When I consult them in June 3rd week again they asked all the details and her Name isSandhya and she said within a week she will resolve. After one week nothing happened, again I consult Amazon and Barsha from Amazon said within two days I will resolve your query else we will start the refund process by 5th July. When I consult them again they are asking to submit all those details and they are giving false promise. Its more than two month no solution for my complain
