I have ordered whirlpool 300 L frost free triple door refrigerator Order Id – OD122997144262111000 on 2nd October on big billion sale and the refrigerator was delivered on 4 Oct 2021 .It was open box delivery but they didn’t open the box .On 6 th October when installation person come and open the box it was damaged he himself opened the box and confirmed me about the damage .He said that he has informed the company about the damage .For any further information you can contact the installation person.After that I have requested 5 times for replacement of my refrigerator but all 5 times it has been rejected as said that delivery was intact .Kindly solve my issue as soon as possible as I have been harassed by flipkart from 6 th October till now .Solve my soon if not done I have to take legal action against flipkart and move to consumers forum and court . pictures of refrigerator are shared for referance.Kindly replace my refrigerator soon
