I have ordered sellzone laptop battery for dell vostro 3442. When I received the product, it was not found compatible with laptop. So I returned it. Refund was issued by amazon on 13th Sep 2022.but it didnt credit into my account till date. When I went to bank ,they said they have not received any such transaction.I have given RRN provided by amazon,but still i donot get refund. Both bank &Amazon pointing to wach other for lapse.Please look out into this matter with Amazon,as i have filed complaint with RBI ombudsman for bank.
