Recently I have registered Swiggy through website where I have given the referral code shared by my friend. They never said that this referral code is active only in mobile app. By having trust I have registered using website and my friend said that he haven’t received any referral coupon. He also talked to the customer care and they said that I have ordered for less amount. I have given all the required information and they have convinced him. Now I have had a chat with them and they said that it is applicable only for mobile and not for website. I am sharing the complete conversation here.

  • Ordered food from Murugan idli shop. Just now I had. The size of the dosa is really small.

  1. After raising complaints they have credited the coupon to my friend’s account. Many flaws are still there in the app as well as in website. Really frustrating. I have already pointed out all the required information to them. Let see whether they will address the same or not.
