Have referred one of my relative to tatasky new HD connection. Connection was provided.
And i received mail from tatasky that 300 has been credited to the account. But i didn’t get any amount as such from them.
When connected, they raise a request and they close the ticket without my knowledge saying that it has been resolved.
But i was not informed anything. Again i raised a complaint and the cycle goes on. It happened around 4-5 times.
Finally, in twitter they did respond but said that my referral is not valid. How will my referral be invalid??
i received mail from them saying its a successful referral. This is absurd. No proper response. Pathetic customer service. Am tired of this.Image Uploaded by Richard:
