On 30th Oct ’22, I made an online purchase from your company FLIPKART, a Smartphone MODEL NO.: MOTOROLA G52 (6GB RAM+128GB ROM VARIANT) for the sum of Rs.8,578/- with an exchange of VIVO Z1X mobile phone value of Rs.5,550/-. On 31st Oct ’22, I received the wrong product. The item sent was an Infinix Smart 6 plus mobile phone (3GB RAM+64GB ROM VARIANT) with an invoice of AMIT KUMAR (Billing Address: Nearby Middle School Mahodipur, Paschim Champaran, Bihar- 845454) inside the parcel and it was checked in front of WISH MASTER. But he asked me to contact customer care. The product Flipkart delivered is not in accordance with the purchase contract I concluded with you. I have spoken several times with the Flipkart customer support team but they informed us first that the resolution date is 03rd NOV ‘22,14:19 Hrs. But nothing was resolved, again they requested 24 Hrs which was 04th NOV ‘22,14:19 HRS. Then 05th of NOV ’22, they rejected the return request. I have again requested a return, but again they have asked us to wait for 72hrs for resolution, which will be the 8th of NOV. But my return policy will be valid till the 07th of NOV, so this time if they reject then I will be the only sufferer. Still no response, I ordered this smartphone due to necessity. I therefore herewith request you to help me. I need the right product as soon as possible.
FLIPKART is trying to mislead me, that’s why I am losing hope. Please do the needful action to help me and I will be always grateful to you. I await your response.
