I had booked a hotel with Yatra.com, reference number 0208220070486 on 2nd of August, 2022. UPI reference is 221407090726 for the transaction of Rs 12, 867.
I cancelled the booking same day on 2nd August 2022 but even after 48 hours my money has not been refunded. Customer care is not picking up my calls.
Please look into it and resolve my issue by crediting my money back to me.
