Hi,

I have not opted that service in your App / Website.

Somebody called with me & Opted. Multiple time I have asked with your team. They cleared said, There is no charges for this. Post that, I have opted for that service.

Can you pls share that Voice Recording.

I am ready to pay, If I agreed that charges, during your team call.

Pls note : I have raised Complaint in TRAI  on 15^th Sep against these type of misselling.
