as on 1march 2020 i had an issue that my balance is reduced Rs 30 I called the customer care and informed 198 the amount could not be refunded the service no 835582146 and further i didn’t resive any response but on 21of April i had the same issue this time the amount was 50rs the customer care is not responding properly kindly solve my problem
