Text of Complaint by Trupti Patil:

Respected Sir/Madam,

In reference to the above mentioned subject i received an electricity bill for Rs. 9,330/- in the month of June’2020 by MSEB which is calculated wrongly without considering the amounts paid by me in April, May and June.

Attached is the calculation sheet from MSEB wherein in the bill period column of June it is written that the bill is for 3.07 months. It is mentioned that there is paid amount for April May and June but there is no adjustment that is made for the same.

I have written complaints to the MSEB on their website vide complaint registration many times but there is no answer and there is no revision of amount for bill in July’2020

Please note that i have not received salary for April, May and June and it is not possible for me to pay such a huge amount especially when it is incorrect.

I need a solution to this immediately.
